H-1B 公告澄清：
週五發布的 H-1B 公告引發了巨大恐慌，但白宮在周末做出了進一步澄清。
該公告針對的是 2026 財年的 H-1B 簽證，不會影響目前已持有 H-1 身分並有效 H-1B 簽證的人員。
現有的 H-1B 簽證持有者仍然可以進出美國。
這無疑讓人鬆了一口氣，但也強調了近期需要牢記的幾件重要事項：
- 移民法規可能會在未經事先警告的情況下迅速變更；
- 提前規劃 H-1B 以外的其他選擇；
- 儘早了解您的永久居留權選擇。

H-1B Proclamation Clarification Received:
The H-1B proclamation on Friday caused massive panic, but the White House has given additional clarification over the weekend.
The Proclamation is directed to FY2026 H-1B, and does not impact those who are currently already on the H-1 status and have valid H-1B visas.
Existing H-1B visa holders can still travel in/out of the country.
This definitely gives a sigh of relief, but also underscores a few important things to keep in mind for the near future:
- immigration rules and regulations may quickly change without prior warning;
- plan further ahead for options other than the H-1B
- understand your permanent residency options earlier
